It starts with you and your partner. We kick things off with the classic meet and greet at a place that feels at home for you. We discuss the fun stuff like colors, any chance for sunrises and sunsets, and if you would like any coverage for receptions, dinners, or other events outside of the Big Day.

We will link with your wedding planners and/or venue planners. While always keeping in contact with you, we also sync to their notes and planning. Ultimately, this can relieve some stress in the planning progress.

A complete event agenda is maintained by our team. We are in complete synergy with you, your wedding party, your family, and the full day and night that is your perfect day. This builds the foundation for how we engage in your lovely day.

We walk through our commitments to you once more the week prior. A checklist of every detail we are prepared to capture for you and your family and friends. This ensures we have all equipment accounted for and prepped for the event.

Hey it’s the bid day! We are well prepared and ready to rock! We stay in the background, camera ready, to capture each key moment that we know is coming. And it will be beautiful.

The work is not done. After the event we go to serious work on all editing and retouching. Our goal is to have top quality images for you and your partner. Images you will cherish a lifetime. We will do a review together, and everything available digitally for you. And if there are anything you would like added, edited, or recomposed, we do it. We are committed from our day one.

Number of events.
A wedding is rarely a single day. There tends to be events before and after. Mindful Frame will ride with you for as much as you want. That’s why all pricing is not standard. We can work together and build together. Rehearsals and dinners are wedding routine. There is also the morning of and wedding parties preparations. This big dress reveals and of course the first look. And many cases family events the day after. We can work through it all with you.
Editing Styles.
Images can be provided in a style. While everyone wants proper focus, clarity, and colors, sometimes the heart wants a little more. And we will build to your vision for your wedding. Compositions of different skies, tinting or shades for your wedding day. We can add some additional magic.
Privacy and Consent
While we build contracts that protect all image rights for clients, we do like to share on social media to build client base. And that is in completely in your control with a photographer client contract.
Delivery and Gallery
While the world is digital, and we will always have a digital system for you to download images, we can also provide flash drives at no additional charge.

Mindfulness is a powerful tool for photographers. It allows us to stay in a creative mindset at all times. But most importantly, it keeps a mindset of the clients and their feelings at all times too.

Typically a wedding event is $1,500. This includes the preparations of the wedding party, the ceremony, and the first two hours of reception for first dances and the cake cutting. Where the prices increase is for a full reception, adding in the rehearsal dinner, adding another photographer, and any other additional post editing outside of normal retouching.

Mindful Frame has full frame cameras, professional series lenses, on camera flashes, and professional off camera flashes. We will provide beautiful images with magazine quality.

Typically we keep the gallery available for 12 months on the cloud. However, we keep backups of all work for years and years. If for some reason you were to lose your images from a computer, hard drive, or a cloud based provider…we have you covered!
